GHOSTS - Robert Schumann's Ghost Variations

Listen to the story behind Robert Schumann's Ghost Variations! This set of pieces was composed during the last days of Schumann's life outside of the institution Endenich and right around the time of his suicide attempt. It's such an incredibly dark period for the composer, yet the variations sound so peaceful and strong. I'm looking forward to the release of my new album GHOSTS in November 2016, which is built around these dark variations.
