SCANDINAVIA TOUR - going places with the WIND project

Greetings from my Scandinavia Tour!

This November I was invited to perform three concerts in Norway.

The concert season is in full swing, and this has been an unusually busy Fall for me so far.

I love taking the WIND program on the road all over Europe and the US. It is so inspiring to see how my audiences react to the WIND program with all these very different pieces about wind.

It seems as if a few of the WIND pieces have now become real audience favorites. Erlkönig and Orage by Franz Liszt, Beethoven’s Tempest Sonata always seem to get a lot of applause and of course Rustle of Spring by Norwegian composer Christian Singing seem to touch people especially up here in Norway.

On my free tour days and during my practice breaks I like to explore. Since it is November the days are very short and the sun sets already in the early afternoon which makes the time around noon best to see things like this beautiful little harbor.

Stay tuned for more updates on my performances. Next stop will be Germany right after the New Year.
