MUSICAL SPACES - Exploring Performance Venues

I am so excited to share my impressions of this performance venue with you! When I am invited to perform, I like to explore the hall ahead of time as much as possible.

Take a quick tour of Ford Family Recital Hall in Youngstown, Ohio and enjoy an onstage performance of Francois Couperin’s Windmills (Les petits moulins a vent - "The Little Windmills" - Troisieme Livre, Ordre no. 17, E minor).

Ford Family Recital Hall is situated in the heart of Youngstown, Ohio and is part of the DeYor Performing Arts Center. The 600 seat hall features two American Steinway Concert Grand Pianos, a full size stage accommodating large ensembles, and a spacious lobby area with adjacent restaurant. The hall feels clean cut, bright and inviting. The acoustics are ideal for smaller ensembles, solo performances and spoken word.
