LONDON

I cannot believe that I am back from London already! Such an action packed time, and it all flew by so fast.

London was lots of fun!

It was such an inspiration to be part of ‘Women at the Piano’ at King’s College School in Wimbledon, a week focused on female composers.

My host Mark Nixon and I had a great time playing duet music by Fanny Mendelssohn, Melanie Bonis, and Germaine Tailleferre, and I loved getting to know ‘Das Jahr’, a collection of pieces by Fanny Mendelssohn.

The masterclasses with the incredibly smart performers was unforgettable. I loved working with these kids, getting to know their families and being guest at their school for the week.

Read more about the program on the King’s website.
